Amazing Bids Coordinator role with a growing Facilities Management company

  • A permanent fulltime role Bristol based offering up to £32000 and progression

About Our Client:


Our client represents a professional approach to facilities management:their objective is to provide a service based on brand reputation which will take ownership of the environment in which their customer base operates, allowing them to concentrate on core business.

This delegation of built environment ownership requires trust and as trustees, each element of their delivery structure must be robust, efficient, honest, and technically proficient.


  • To be dedicated support to the Associate Director to help him deliver the new business
- development function for the company.

  • This will include:
  • Source, investigate and analyse new business opportunities utilising specialist tender portals
and distribute to the Associate Director for strategic review.- Deliver high-quality bid submission documents, either as RFP, EOI or specific responses to

competitive tenders in PQQs and ITTs to win new business by creating interesting, on brand
- comms that ensures the business "stands out from the crowd".
  • Investigate and analyse new business opportunities including research of previously
awarded contracts. Ensure submissions are grammatically correct, well researched and
- without spelling mistakes.
  • Manage the new business proposal process and systems including obtaining quotes from a
roster of preferred suppliers.- Ownership of workflow processes from job inception to completion

  • Design process and procedure diagrams so that all mobilisation processes are documented
for future use.

As and when time allows, you may be required to support marketing and PR activity that
- helps drive new business
The Successful Applicant:

  • A good understanding of facilities management
  • Approachable and positive "can do" attitude

  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, and manage your own workload
