Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Charity who support people with physical & mental disabilities, with their recruitment of a Head of Tenancy Services.


What will you do in the role?

  • You will work with tenants, colleagues and stakeholders to create truly person centred, value for money services for people in supported housing
  • The Head of Tenancy Services will be part of the Leadership Team, where you will also have oversight and influence of other areas in the business, as well as supporting Directors and Trustees
  • Provide daytoday leadership & line management of housing teams
  • Ensure services are delivered to a high standard, efficiently and effectively meeting the needs of tenants & other customers & complying with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards

Who would excel in this role?

  • Good understanding of issues facing housing organisations, including relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of Social Housing Regulator and Regulatory framework and how this impacts service delivery
  • Knowledge and understanding of Care & Support, including statutory guidance
