To support the PMO team in all the administrative, logistics and document management activities:
- Manage and keep the configuration of the documents within the Customer PMO
- Organise and coordinate meetings, audits, events, etc. with the client and key subcontractors
- Record of the commitments resulting from the different meetings, panels and events;
- Editing of internal and client monitoring reports;
- Support the Customer personnel with the trips logistics
- Support Customer resident teams for their integration into the shipyards including obtaining visas,
- Management and Execution of administrative work of the Programme Office
- Support the management of the logistics of the customer PMO offices in Bristol
