Roles & Responsibilities:

To support the PMO team in all the administrative, logistics and document management activities:

  • Manage and keep the configuration of the documents within the Customer PMO
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, audits, events, etc. with the client and key subcontractors
  • Record of the commitments resulting from the different meetings, panels and events;
  • Editing of internal and client monitoring reports;
  • Support the Customer personnel with the trips logistics
  • Support Customer resident teams for their integration into the shipyards including obtaining visas,
documentation, etc.- Responsible for the management of the client and suppliers correspondence

  • Management and Execution of administrative work of the Programme Office
  • Support the management of the logistics of the customer PMO offices in Bristol
Have worked as R&O responsible in a Project Management Office, or have been part of a Project Management Team managing risks and opportunities according to Project Management guides worldwide well known
