At Wotton House in Gloucester we have been delivering highly person-centred education to a small group of secondary age, academically able children with high functioning ASC since 2019.

We are looking to recruit a passionate, inclusive and experienced leader who has the right values and attitudes towards enabling everyone to achieve their best possible outcomes.

We want a problem-solver with a positive and enthusiastic approach, deep knowledge of SEN, especially autism, and good understanding of the qualifications available for 16 year olds.

A sense of humour and a good work ethic are essential.

ou must be ambitious for all our learners with a flexible approach to achieving engagement.

You will work as part of our friendly team ensuring that the delivery of teaching and learning, support and interventions are of the highest standard.

Your role will include directing and supporting our team of highly trained teaching assistants and specialist tutors as well as liaising with external professionals to support interventions.

The position is a full time post. Salary dependent on experience but in the region of £30-40,000 pa.
