Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Birmingham in their search for an experienced _
Hospitality and Cookery Tutors/ Trainers/ Assessors_to deliver and assess on both FE and HE hospitality and Catering courses within the college.


The college:

University College Birmingham have amazing, top of the range facilities, recently won University of the year along with an AA rosette for their restaurant, it really is the place to teach within this area


The role;
The college are running various Hospitality and Cookery Courses from September onwards and have various positions and hours available.


You will be working within the colleges Hospitality and Cookery departments, supporting, teaching, training and assessing HE and FE Hospitality and Cookery students on their courses of study.

You will be responsible for delivering education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.


The person;

Have you got what it takes?

  • A teaching qualification/ An Assessors Award
  • Experience delivering/ Assessing hospitality and cookery at either FE or HE
