Job Advert:

The role of the team will be generic and involve working in collaboration with a range of service users and their carers, using a strengths based approach to assess their needs, in accordance with the principles of the Care Act and other key areas of legislation on a daily basis.

Your role will be to provide leadership, support and professional advice to social work staff and assist the team manager in ensuring the effective delivery of services for adults through the promotion of high standards of practice in assessment and care planning.

Regular supervision will be provided in accordance with the departmental supervision policy and you will benefit from working for an authority, which is fully committed to ongoing training and career progression.
