The successful individual will be proficient in all aspects of the retrofit coordination role.

delivers a wide range of energy saving technologies, across the UK, under the ECO 4 and GBIS schemes in partnership with other organisations.

This work load is increasing on a monthly basis and we are looking for an experienced coordinator to join an already well established technical team of retrofit assessors.

Working on the Elmhurst and pas hub frame works.

Pay:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year


The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting various projects and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Conduct research and gather relevant information for projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Provide administrative support to the team as required

Skills:

• Proficiency in using Civil 3D software
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
