Description

One of Dalton Recruitment's key clients has asked us to help secure them a Reward Analyst or Compensation Analyst to join the Reward team on a 12 month maternity FTC and assist with the management and delivery of the compensation & reward projects, plansand processes for employees across the organisation.

Experience with annual compensation review proces will be of particular interest and relevance.

The opportunity is offered on a 12 month FTC basis with a negotiable and competitive London salary, bonus & package.

Hybrid working is offered on a 2day home/3day office basis with a bit of common sense flexibility around it.

Key responsibilities will include:

Management and delivery of the annual compensation review process
Management of compensation data for the group
Responsibility for compensation systems projects and processes
Compensation benchmarking for all divisions
Management of all compensation governance processes
Ownership of support for all new hire compensation requirements

Skills & experience required:

Extensive reward experience
Proven track record of owning and delivering annual compensation reviews
Experience of and the ability to manage multiple projects and processes concurrently and ensure that, through effective planning and preparation, they are delivered on time and are of high quality.
Effective written and verbal communication are essential, particularly the ability to effectively communicate with senior managers and at Board level.
