One of Dalton Recruitment's key clients has asked us to help secure them a Reward Analyst or Compensation Analyst to join the Reward team on a 12 month maternity FTC and assist with the management and delivery of the compensation & reward projects, plansand processes for employees across the organisation.

Experience with annual compensation review proces will be of particular interest and relevance.


The opportunity is offered on a 12 month FTC basis with a negotiable and competitive London salary, bonus & package.

Hybrid working is offered on a 2day home/3day office basis with a bit of common sense flexibility around it.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Management and delivery of the annual compensation review process
  • Management of compensation data for the group
  • Responsibility for compensation systems projects and processes
  • Compensation benchmarking for all divisions
  • Management of all compensation governance processes
  • Ownership of support for all new hire compensation requirements

Skills & experience required:


  • Extensive reward experience
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering annual compensation reviews
  • Experience of and the ability to manage multiple projects and processes concurrently and ensure that, through effective planning and preparation, they are delivered on time and are of high quality.
  • Effective written and verbal communication are essential, particularly the ability to effectively communicate with senior managers and at Board level.

  • Advanced excel skills including formulas such as vlookups

  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and processes concurrently
