An established and reputable market intelligence and events organisation is seeking a Head of Membership and Marketing to manage a team of 3.
The Role of Head of Membership and Event MarketingTwofold:
Firstly, to oversee marketing and outreach of media and event activities CeFPro runs in Europe and north America; secondly, to ensure membership strategic objectives are delivered for a new but rapidly growing publication and members hub.
This is an exciting opportunity for some that combines membership, media and events, with an established company and a team for support.
Key DutiesMarketing and communications are regularly reviewed and, where necessary, adjusted to ensure agreed objectives are achieved.
Membership engagement, recruitment and retention:
plan and carry out day-to-day communications, develop stakeholder interaction and communications, project management
Leadership and organisational management:
oversight of team, projects, members and strategic direction
Content creation:
some copy and proof, social media banners, videos, webinars, support in-house designer
Events:
promote CeFPro's renown and international events, attend onsite, assist in the commercialization of b2b events
Operational support and collaboration:
support CeFPro's offerings, increase membership and membership offerings/services, internal decision making and oversight of marketing team
Digital communications:
multi-channel marketing, using existing database, members hub, social media, eNewsletters, maintaining website, strategic oversight
The Individual
Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with CIMA or similar diploma
A successful track record of managing and delivering marketing campaigns to ensure member recruitment
Experience of success in using different marketing channels (including digital platforms) for marketing, sales and engagement
Experience of budget management including income and expenditure and target setting.
Experience of working collaboratively to deliver key objectives in line with business strategy Experience of marketing and communications within a digital context
High level of website CMS experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Experience of managing an integrated customer services function to achieve membership recruitment

Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
