Stepping Stones dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for Indiviuals with physical disabilities . We are seeking caring, reliable, and professional Day/Night Care Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and supervision for [clients/patients/residents] during day and night shifts.
• Assist with daily activities such as feeding, hygiene, medication administration, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document health, behavior, and well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
• Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
