- Provide attentive care and supervision for [clients/patients/residents] during day and night shifts.
- Assist with daily activities such as feeding, hygiene, medication administration, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document health, behavior, and well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or healthcare preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
