Employment Staffing Agency - Mentor Role

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Peer Mentor to challenging and disadvantaged hildren and adolescents in need of guidance and support
Provide educational assistance and tutoring to help students achieve academic success
Offer emotional support and encouragement to promote positive selfesteem and personal growth
Act as a role model and advocate for students, helping them navigate challenges and make positive choices
Collaborate with other mentors and professionals to develop individualised plans for each student

Experience:

Previous experience working with challenging children or adolescents in an educational or mentoring capacity
Knowledge of effective mentoring techniques and strategies
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with students
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
