In your new role as a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the allocated work to key subcontractors, making certain satisfactory usage when updating Work Orders in Maximo, ensuring Work Orders are completed in adherence with agreed SLA's and KPI's and statutory compliance certification is provided and recorded on the system, prior to the completion of Work Orders by subcontractors.
To build, maintain and enhance relationships directly with our external clients, supplies, operations team and central departments. Continuously review the internal processes and practices and make recommendations for improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain function. Ensure communication with client and sub-contractors is clear (e.g. booking in visits, adherence to all client or Mitie specific security or health & safety procedures upon arrival).
What we are looking for
In order to be successful in your new role you will need administration experience, knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM** system is preferable. Excellent communicator both verbal and in writing, analytical and organisational skills (customer service skills) and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Strong IT skills including Excel to intermediate level and the ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practices.
