The role itself will progress into a full contracts management position over time and dependent on the successful achievement of a well-structured development plant.

To be considered for the role, you must have the following experience / skills:
Significant experience in Felt, Liquid & Single Ply roofing systems, with examples of high quality work with various manufacturers.

Experience in managing teams on site

Excellent understanding and implementation of site Health & Safety

Driving licence

Ambitious and looking to develop into further project management positions.

Good understanding of IT and various computer systems

Well-presented and excellent interpersonal skills


Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
