Dragon2000 are an award-winning provider of business management software, websites and mobile apps to the Automotive industry and due to continued expansion we have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, willing and self-motivated Software Support Specialist with a pleasant and helpful personality to join our fun, open working environment.

• Providing onboarding support for new users under the direction of the Customer Care Coordinator
• Proactively contact new customers and assist with their adoption of the software to improve customer retention
• Recording specific notes from support calls on the in house logging system
• Investigate reported issues, resolving them or escalating them where necessary
• Product testing following checklists and guidance
• Undertaking training sessions to further product knowledge and contributing to team meetings
• Any other duties that may be required

• Support/IT desk experience
• Interest in IT/computing
• Inquisitive with a problem solving mindset
• Comfortable and confident in picking up new software and a general willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our offices are slightly rural so you would require your own transport, but is easily commutable from areas such as Northampton, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, Daventry, Brackley and Banbury to name a few.
