Due to growing demand, we are currently recruiting preparation operatives.

You will be joining a small friendly team, preparing parts to a high standard to allow them to be painted, ready to send to our world class customers.

Reliability is key, as well as attention to detail and safety.

The role is a alternating shift patterns, one weeks days next week afternoons

6am - 2 pm Monday - Thursday and 6am -12 noon on a Friday. The following week, 2 pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday and 12 noon - 6pm Friday

This is a temp to perm role.

Overtime is paid at £16.23 Monday to Friday, £18.25 sat and £21.30 sun am (sat and sun shifts are 6.00am -11.00am)

There is also a shift allowance of £1.19 per hour for an afternoon shift for contracted hours.

This rate will also increase after the 6 months.
