Watford based Retail Apprenticeship Assessor

About Our Client:

This great established retailer have a great company culture and are very focused on supporting their staff to achieve progression and development with this retail Apprenticeship Assessor key to continue to support staff across the London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire areas from their Watford head office.

This is a flexible full time role where you will manage your own diary to conduct visits to stores to support apprentices with a generous travel allowance and no micromanagement.

Retail Apprenticeship Assessor duties and responsibilities;

Ensuring learners receive quality support and guidance resulting in the achievement of their level 2 and 3 qualification in a timely manner
Ensuring all quality and performance standards exceed audit requirements
Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Share best practice and learning's with peers and full Apprenticeship team
Comply with assessment strategy by award
Attend Apprenticeship/standardisation Team meetings as required
Attend monthly one to one meetings with line Manager

The Successful Applicant:

Retail Apprenticeship Assessor will need to have prior retail management level 2 apprenticeship assessment experience.

UK current valid driving licence
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail in all areas of work
Be passionate about training, self development
