Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners? _

The Supply Room is looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire.

Working with students aged 4-11 or 11-16 years old, you will have the opportunity to support children of all abilities and work towards becoming a permanent member of staff in a local primary, secondary or specialist school.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to students, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Whether you are helping a struggling student with their reading or supporting a group project in maths, your role is crucial in helping students reach their full potential.

The Supply Room offers a competitive pay rate of £90-£95 per day, as well as the opportunity for fixed-term, full-time contracts with potential for permanent positions.
