We are looking for experts in SuccessFactors to hit the ground running on an exciting full global HR transformation for a top global consultancy firm.

They have a growing practise where you can expect a fantastic culture with excellent development and progression opportunities.

Role Overview

Perform a key role in implementing innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Keep up to date with SuccessFactors roadmap, trends and other HR technologies.
Ensure that delivery of solutions are of the highest quality.
Contribute to RFP responses and support with presales processes.
Guide on best practises and develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder and partners.

What you would bring:

Full end to end SuccessFactors implementation/transformation experience.
1+ certification(s) in SuccessFactors.
Deep configuration skills.
Ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior clients.
Passionate to work with our clients advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies.
Experience in presales/RPF responses.
Strong experience with client facing.
