We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Examinations & Achievement Administrator to become a key member of our Examinations department.

As a Examinations & Achievement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Ensuring the integrity of the examination process
  • Providing a full exams administration service for students and staff in designated centre(s)
  • Working in conjunction with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Manager to deliver all examinations across all regional sites
  • Dispatching results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner
  • General Office duties
  • Maths and English A*C or L2 equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE A*C

Contract Type - Bedford College Professional Services

  • 37 hours per week (1.00 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
  • 27 days per annum (plus public holidays)
