Description
We are looking for an Administration Assistant who enjoys working in a varied and fast paced environment and with previous office experience.
The applicant should be confident dealing with the general public, have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.You will have a positive can-do attitude, be willing to learn quickly and be hands on in your approach. This is a small team so there will always be some additional ad-hoc tasks.
Primary purpose of the role is to provide Office Administration duties, which will include but not limited to:
Inputting Data - Industry Specific System
Produce Certificate of Destruction for end-of-life vehicles
Booking in transport / arranging collections with customers
Filing
Dealing with general inquires by phone and in person
Answering the telephone
General office admin
Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1/2-hour lunch)
Potential for Saturday mornings (payable at 1.5x hourly rate)
Holidays 28 days inclusive of bank holidays.
