SEO Executive

Lynx Recruitment is working with a really exciting, well-established creative agency that is currently seeking an SEO Executive to join their team.

As an SEO Executive, you will aim to maximise the performance of each client's SEO campaigns, by monitoring and optimising organic channels and helping alleviate the workload of other team members.

You must work well as part of the team and can work independently, while also effectively communicating and being open to guidance and advice from more experienced colleagues.

_Key Responsibilities:
_

Manage the daytoday workload of your accounts
Support the SEO Account Manager by carryingout keyword research, onpage optimisation, technical audits, competitor analysis and reporting
Oversee the performance of all SEO campaigns to ensure they are delivered to a high standard and that key insights are incorporated into future activity
Monitor industry trends and updates and report back on insights to the SEO Account Manager and the wider team
Manage SEO Executives to ensure work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target, and on time
Conduct quality control of work by SEO executives

_Requirements:
_

At least 6months of SEO experience

_Skills_

Comfortable with SEO tools & software
Strong understanding of the latest SEO trends
Ability to work and succeed in a fastpaced environment
Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business
Highly organised with acute attention to detail
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including the use and creation of Excel formula
Basic knowledge of wider digital channels and environment
Some level of client communication
