My client are a well-established Joinery Contractor who have several divisions including Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance, working across Retail, Commercial and Leisure sectors.


As a result of growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Initially, you would be working on a refurbishment/fit out to an industrial unit and office space in Warrington, but future projects may be across the NorthWest.


Your duties will include:

  • Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors and Tenant Liaison Officer, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
  • Monitoring health and safety on site
  • Attending progress meetings, client meetings
  • Quality control & progression
  • Managing Health & Safety
  • Site Inductions

You will also need the following tickets:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshal
In return for your skills, the company will offer a salary of £38-40k + company vehicle, pension, private healthcare.
