I am delighted to be supporting my brilliant client on their hunt for an
AP Assistant to join their
supportive and diligent Accounts Function.

The scope for progression with this business is enormous -
the skies the limit

This AP role comes with a twist This person will have some of the usual day to day AP responsibilities but will also be the
system champion.

You will help train other co-members to ensure the smooth running of internal accounts.

Key to success:

Resolve Queries and provide support to business functions relating to suppliers, raising POS and completing expenses
Registering incoming supplier invoices
Processing travel invoices
Processing employee expense claims
Resolving internal and external queries
Processing credit card expenses
General AP tasks

This person needs to be an excellent communicator with the capability to train co-workers on certain systems -
FULL training will be provided.
