We have an opportunity for an Estimator to join our SES division based onsite in Central London, to effectively utilise skills, experience and knowledge within a team environment to produce tenders which will win profitable work.

SES Engineering Services (SES) is a £180 Million M&E Business operating out of 7 Regional Offices as the UK's pre-eminent design-led Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) provider, specialising in the design and installation of building services and infrastructure solutions.

Having successfully worked on a number of prestigious contracts in the UK and Scotland, we are viewed as the pre-eminent supplier of building services and are BIM 2 level accredited.

SES deliver bespoke, design-led cost efficient solutions optimised for the whole construction team, by maximising off-site manufacture in our production facility SES PRISM delivering our solutions which minimise onsite resources and interfaces assuring quality and customer satisfaction in a measurable, safe way every time.

Key Accountabilities include:

Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement
Work with surveyors in preparation of quantified schedule of rates and bill of quantities
Produce labour gangs through experience working with the Chief Estimator, Regional Estimators and Senior Estimators
Prepare tender summaries and attend startup preprice and price meetings

We are looking for a qualified Estimator with M&E experience in the Construction industry along with design, cost planning and bid management skills.

To be successful in the role you will have the ability to understand and use bid tactics and excellent communication skills.
