A highly successful property and building maintenance firm with a portfolio of Prime & high-end Residential properties across Belgravia are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Operative to join their Kensington based team.


The Maintenance Operative's role
The Maintenance Operative will be expected to lead the maintenance operations on 10 properties in Kensington.

They will be the central point of contact between the client and maintenance and will be expected to identify which tradesmen to call for issuesthat arise.


The Maintenance Operative will be required to allocate the relevant services to occurring issues as and when they occur, alongside keeping the routine maintenence of the properties across Kensington running.


The Maintenance Operative will report to the Building Director and should be an independent person who is highly organized and has an excellent understanding of property maintenance.

The Maintenance Operative will need to have a good understanding of Building,Plumbing and Electrics when dealing with and organizing maintenance repairs.


The Maintenance Operative

  • Extensive background in property or construction
  • Experience with property maintenance preferrable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willing to commute to Kensington

In return?
- £35,000 - £40,000
