Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to work for an IN-HOUSE OH department in Dumbarton, Scotland on a Full Time Permanent basis
Responsible for the delivery of an effective Occupational Health Service

Responsible for advising managers of all risks and liabilities linked to health at work.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Support day to day management of OH service delivery across sites to agreed professional and company standards and delivered to plan.
Involvement in the sicknessabsence management process and advising on longterm absence issues, return to work plans and the Equality Act.
Conduct and educate key personnel on workplace health risk assessments.
Conduct health screening as appropriate.

Salary:
£38,000 - £40,000
