We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Administration Assistant to manage the running of the Reprographics room and to provide general admin support.

The role and what we are looking for


You will provide effective and high-quality administration support to promote efficient delivery of the policies, ethos and aims of the Academy.

You will also be responsible for the full reprographic service across the Academy to produce high-quality materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is an experienced administrator, has great attention to detail and is passionate about working with and improving the life chances of our young people.

This is a full time role to be carried out during term time including INSET Days plus an additional week, working 40 out of 52 weeks per year.


The person we are looking for:

  • is an experienced Admin Assistant
- is educated to at least GCSE standard
- has the ability to demonstrate good literacy, numerical competency and analytical skills
- is a proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- can demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
- has good level of ICT skills and a high level of attention to detail
- has excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- can demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and can work well under pressure
- has emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes
- is a good team member with excellent interpersonal skills
- is passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and their communities
- is willing to model and support the Oasis ethos


Our Academy


We are a secondary school in Oldham, Greater Manchester that opened in 2018 and are dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their potential.

We leave no child behind; our progress data is incredibly strong and it is attributed to the hard work of our staff and students.

We work together, sharing this educational journey with a common goal - develop happy and successful leaders who are culturally enriched role models in our community.

Being part of the Oasis Community Learning multi-academy trust, we benefit from support and sharing of best practice from our regional schools, Regional Director and wider Oasis family.

We opened the Academy in temporary accommodation in 2018, with just 230 students across two year groups.

In November 2020 we moved into our new, permanent home, which is a state of the art building that sits on the old Breeze Hill School site located on Roxbury Avenue, just off Lees Road in Oldham.

We currently serve over 1,100 students, after welcoming another 300 Year 7s into the Academy in September.

We will at full capacity, with 1500 students, by We are a school of choice within Oldham and are oversubscribed each year.
