2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer

Windows Server, M365, Azure, Networking, Windows 10, BackUp.

My client specialises in managed IT services, Cloud hosting, security solutions, connectivity and technical consulting based in London. Due to on-going success they have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer.


As 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer you will have outstanding client / communication and a proven background in dealing with the pace and dynamic of a busy MSP environment.

The 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer will be a natural troubleshooterwith a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, M365, Azure, Networking, Windows 10, BackUp.

As well as working with the support team to handle and resolve support tickets, you will also be responsible for providing supportand guidance for 1st line engineers, receiving, and dealing with issue escalations and managing escalations to vendors and suppliers
