Are you a motivated individual? Are you experienced within Business Development?


Element Recruitment are currently working with an industry leading ecofriendly sustainability organisation based in central Bristol who are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team.

Within this role you will be working to overcome objections and build strong relationships within the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation and grow your skills.


Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000.

Based in Central Bristol.

This is a permanent role.


You will be:

  • Planning and implementing sales campaigns to meet sales targets
  • Managing and answering incoming website inquiries from prospects
  • Seeking out clients and form working relationships with key buyers and decision makers
  • Maximising sales opportunities and profitability across different key revenue streams
  • Ensuring seamless transition and onboarding of prospective clients

You will have:

  • Great presentation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build relationships
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong analytical and IT skills.
