They are one of the UK's biggest campaigning communities, involving over 2 million supporters who campaign to make the UK a better place.
In the space of a week, millions of supporters could be campaigning on anything from protecting their NHS and stopping cuts to Universal Credit, to saving local green spaces and protecting their democracy.
This independence means they never have to hold themselves back from taking on thosewith power and can truly listen to their supporters.

How would you suggest they go about keepingincome and fundraising high during this period?
- As the Grassroots Fundraising Manager you'll be responsible for running your own fundraising campaigns and projects, but also working with the campaigns team to maximise fundraising opportunities on their campaigns. Can you describe a challenging time whenyou've had to work with someone on a different team who has competing priorities and a very different idea to how things should go? What happened and how did you resolve it
