Search Consultancy are looking for an Administrator to join our client in the Higher Education industry on a temporary contract until the end of March 2023.

This role is office based in Glasgow city centre working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Pay rate for this role will be between £13-15 per hour depending on experience.

This role is based within the Anatomy department.

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

Provide PA support to the Head of Anatomy.
First point of contact for all staff, student and other visitors to the facility department.
Keeping a record of visitors and implementing the student attendance system.
Provide administration for routine operational budget and HR tasks
Taking outbound and inbound calls for the department and dealing with any initial telephone queries regarding department facilities
