Full-time (36 hours per week), all-year round or term-time only

Join our dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of our students We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to collaborate closely with our Student Services Team, providing essential support to the student community within our College.
Role:
Student Services Attendance Coordinator
As the Student Services Attendance Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our students' success by coordinating the College's attendance monitoring procedures.
Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including assisting student services with events and a diverse range of tasks, such as preparing student enrolment material and facilitating induction processes.
Responsibilities:
- Attendance Coordination: Oversee the College's attendance monitoring procedures, promoting a culture of engagement and punctuality among students.
- Student Support: Collaborate with student services to provide support for various events and activities, fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus experience.
- Enrolment Preparation: Assist in preparing student enrolment material, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for new and returning students.
- Induction Facilitation: Contribute to the organization and execution of student inductions, ensuring a warm and informative welcome for incoming students.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with another Attendance and Student Events Officer to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and attendance data to the Assistant Principal of Student Services.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
