We are looking for an individual who can bring their experience and track record of delivering People Services functions, in particular, in a collaborative environment to the Group to help deliver our Group People Plan.

You will have the ability to inspire and motivate to achieve outstanding and high-quality outcomes using your track record of delivery and understanding of best practice and professional expertise to support the Group.

We officially formed the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group (UHN) on 1 July 2021, bringing together the constituent organisations of Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KGH) and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust (NGH).

We have agreed an ambitious Group Strategy:
Dedicated to Excellence which sets out our strategic ambitions and priorities for the next five years.

The strategy outlines how we will achieve our vision and deliver on our Group priorities of Patient, People, Quality, Systems and Partnerships, and Sustainability.

Underneath this sit our strategies, which set out concrete objectives for delivery in the next 1-2 years.

Our People Plan was approved by our Boards in March 2021 and set out seven pledges against which we will align our work and monitor progress.
