Job description

Job Title:
Site Supervisor with Logistics background

£16.50ph

needed:

CSCS & SSSTS and either hold a DBS in last 3 months or be willing to buy on before going on site.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and support managing daily operations at the site
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Supervise a team of employees, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
  • Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a construction or similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problemsolving skills to address any issues that may arise onsite
  • Proficient in using computer software for documentation and reporting

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£16.50 per hour
