Job Title:
Site Supervisor with Logistics background
£16.50ph
needed:
CSCS & SSSTS and either hold a DBS in last 3 months or be willing to buy on before going on site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support managing daily operations at the site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Supervise a team of employees, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a construction or similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problemsolving skills to address any issues that may arise onsite
- Proficient in using computer software for documentation and reporting
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
