Our office-based Customer Success Agents are the first point of contact for our customers, and work to ensure a smooth customer experience in line with our business mission.

Working in our King's Lynn office, as part of the Customer Success team you will have experience of outstanding customer care and be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.

This is a fast-paced environment and you should be able to work well as part of a team and be able to organise and prioritise their own workload.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the input and monitoring the status of large equipment orders, seeing these through from first arrival to shipment and install.
  • Carrying out associated administrative functions such as processing invoices and credits, managing parts orders, processing engineer jobs amongst other tasks.


You will be a well organised individual with a passion for customer care enhancing the customer experience and a desire for customer success who is keen to help others.
