Sales Manager, your approach to the day-to-day must be hands-on helping and leading your team to unlock the potential of the business - this is not a role for a desk-bound door-closed authority figure

Your Role Responsibilities:


  • Being the guardian of the sales process making sure that policies and procedure is followed by your team
  • Regular 1:2:1 coaching and mentoring to ensure the team grows and develop
  • Lead through being inclusive ensuring their business continues to prosper by using the people power of diversity to deliver great results
  • Maintain a passion and knowledge for the product continually learning as technology evolves
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the additional products available to the customer always helping your team to explain these in a compliant manner
  • Always place the customer at the centre of everything you do ensuring you always demonstrate and follow the outlined customer strategy with your team
  • To be actively involved in planning as well as implementing sales campaigns and promotions
  • You will have and continue to develop your analytical skills to leverage KPIs in the pursuit of a peakperformance culture
IMI-accredited leadership & development programmes, internal training, and manufacturer learning are all encouraged and required by this employer


On a personal level:


  • Previous motor industry management as a Sales Leader or Business Manager
  • The full set of communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in customerfacing situations
  • A continuous learning attitude and habit
  • Belief in yourself as a person
  • Full UK License (with no more than 6 endorsement points)
