About Our Client:

Daily responsibilities for this role, will be:

  • SAP management to process orders (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar customer facing role (essential)
  • Experience in handling exports orders (desirable)
  • Support the resolution centre and assist customer complaint in a timely manner
  • Building trusting relationship with customers
  • Validate export documentation when needed
  • Invoice and raise credits and debit
- _European language skills (desirable not essential)_
