An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology company as a HR Business Partner has become available on a full time permanent basis.

This role is hybrid with the expectation of 2 days in the office per week.

Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner:

  • Supporting with the Recruitment across the southern offices
  • Driving the employee engagement
  • Onboarding new staff members
  • Ensuring all policies are correct and up to date
  • General payroll duties
  • Taking ownership of Employee Relations and advising managers directly
  • HR Operations

Key skills for the HR Business Partner:

  • Must have experience in a technology company
  • Strong HR experience is essential, ideally with CIPD Level
  • Demonstrable experience being adaptable in an ever changing environment
  • Experience dealing with external agencies
