Senior Compliance Assurance Manager

Retail Banking

Location:
Chatham, Kent (Hybrid Working Model)

Salary:
£60k - £75k + bonus + benefits

You'll lead and deliver robust risk-based compliance assurance activity across all the Bank's operations, including its subsidiary businesses.

You'll manage the planning, execution and reporting against the Compliance Assurance Plan, including thematic reviewsand customer journeys, providing concise reports highlighting key issues and recommendations for improvement actions.


You'll coach your team through the entire process, ensuring the reviews are deep and thorough and all potential issues are identified and reported.


You'll be an experienced Manager in either Compliance or Internal Audit within the Financial Services arena (Retail Banking or Mortgage Lending preferred).

You'll have a proven track record of managing, mentoring and coaching teams and strong technical knowledge,ideally including BCOBS, MCOB, DISP, SYSC and SMCR.
