Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic member of staff to join our team as Clinic Coordinator and Contracts Assistant for our Elective Services team across our three sites, Lymington New Forest Hospital, Hythe Hospital and Romsey Hospital.

The role is based at Lymington.

Elective Services looks after our patients for their planned care in our busy outpatient departments and incorporates several different specialities.

The role of clinic coordinator will be key in arranging rooms, clinics (cancelling, setting up and updating clinics), and liaising with other hospital teams and consultants to ensure smooth and efficient running of all clinics.

There are several contracts within these services that require maintenance, and the role will include updating these with any changes and highlighting any possible problems.

This is a key role within this service and the successful applicant will be expected to be part of regular meetings to discuss performance and waiting times.

As a large team of administrators there will be a level of supervision and HR attached to this role to ensure our outpatients clinics are supported efficiently and safely.
