Sacco Mann are currently working with a highly regarded, Legal 500 law firm who are seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join their team in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognised firm that can offer you excellent career prospects.

As a Costs Draftsperson, you will handle a varied caseload of Costs matters for the Industrial Disease team, predominantly Asbestos work


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing statements of costs
  • Preparing bills of costs
  • Negotiating and settling claims
  • Advising fee earners on prospects of cost recovery
  • Providing the team with costs estimates and budgets
