Description

SJC Partners are working with a highly reputable, multi-service law firm who are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join their team in Barnsley.

The role would suit someone looking for a minimum of 2/3 days. There could also be scope in the future for the position to be full time.


The Role

  • Carry out Administrative duties on Conveyancing files.
  • Open files, issuing client care documentation.
  • Dealing with phone calls.
  • Photocopying/scanning.
  • Typing.
  • Previous experience in Conveyancing is not essential as full training will be provided however, a basic understanding would be preferred.
  • Positive can do attitude.
  • Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Happy with a parttime position, preferable 2/3 days a week.

Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience, and the firm offers a benefits package, as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
