Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor.

Are you a strong communicator and have worked in a Contact Centre - would you like to come and work for Liverpool City Council Contact Centre situated in the Cunard Building.

As a Customer Services Advisor you will be dealing with enquiries from Liverpool residents dealing with a vast range of enquiries for example: Bins, Pest Control, Revenues and Benefits to name but a few.

You will receive extensive training but you need to have worked in a call centre environment.
