Description

A student finance officer is needed for a 12-month contract.

You will be employed by a reputable university where you are in charge of making sure that all tuition, fees, and other expenses are paid on time.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing exceptional levels of customer service to students, external firms and the business.
Have the ability and skills to remain calm, listen and respond where appropriate and understand challenging student concerns.
To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues.
To ensure that all invoices and fees have been produced in a timely and accurate manner, and that queries have been dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Ensure full knowledge of all policies that have an impact on decisions and information provided to our students regarding their financial responsibilities.
Be able to review balances on the finance system (currently Agresso) and be able to advise on the adjustments required as they become apparent.
To share knowledge and engage in peer to peer coaching within the team on behaviours and conversations for action with customers
