Description
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Duties:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Assist customers in English and analyze their needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,870.90 per year
