Description
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in all customer interactions
  • Assist customers in English and analyze their needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience with upselling techniques is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,870.90 per year
