An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a People and OD Business Partner to come and join our fantastic team following internal promotion.

As People and OD Business Partner role you will play a pivotal role in the Clinical Support Services management team, driving change and improvement under our People Plan for a better patient experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has experience at a strategic level and is excellent at building relationships, to become part of our forward-thinking inclusive business partnering team.

You will work flexibly with a combination of home and office working, based at the Princess Royal Hospital, however you will be expected to travel to other locations across the Trust.


As the People and OD Business Partner you will be working as part of a wider People Advisory and Business Partnering team, and together deliver a sustainable workforce that is optimally deployed in line with our People Plan.
