Criticaleye is a peer-to-peer Board Community for CEOs, senior executives, and global leadership teams. We have over 20 years' experience working with individuals and senior teams.

We are recruiting for two Events Intern roles across two areas of the business:

  • Events Delivery, predominantly logistics focused
  • delivery of Criticaleye events and will report into the Event Executive.
  • Partnership (Sponsorship) delivery of events, known as the 'Advisory' team, and report into our Advisory Account Executive.

Summary of Position
Starting from August 2023, this is a 1-year paid placement. The role is based in Blackfriars, London and will require some travel (UK only), early morning and evening work. The role will be predominantly office based (2/3 days a week) in the London office. Please ensure this is commutable before applying.


As an Events or Advisory intern, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects and your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • To support the Events/Advisory Team to deliver on virtual and physical events (retreats)
  • This individual will also help the Events Team with the maintenance of the events pages in relation to sponsors and communications with sponsors.
  • Attending events and assisting with the registration process
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Monthly reporting sponsorship delivery KPIs
    (Advisory intern):
  • Create summary reports of each event outlining how data gathered from current events can be used to develop successful future events.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business
  • Creating postevent reports for each Partner/sponsor
    (Advisory intern):
  • Project managing Partner/sponsor communication plans and working with marketing team to deliver
    (Advisory intern)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft teams
  • Knowledge of Zoom and virtual event platforms
  • Highly organised and good administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to influence/motivate other people and be a team player.
  • Multitasking capabilities, able to work at pace.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate initiative And the ability to problem solve
