Job Summary:

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Operate Saw/CNC to drive workflow through the factory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Set production targets and implement measures to achieve them
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
  • Manage and train a team of production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of materials

Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Factory supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for tracking production metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
