Full Time 35 hours per week

The impact that you will have:

Working within the Installation team, you will be responsible for the operational process from procurement to installation/delivery for a wide range of the Arjo products.

You will also provide administrative support to the Operations function.


KEY DUTIES WILL INLCLUDE:


  • Administrate the scheduling of product delivery
  • Administrate itineraries for installation of equipment, ensuring full liaison with customers, installation engineers, internal projects department and field sales accordingly
  • Support the Installation Team Leaders ensuring that the installation engineers have all the documentation in order to complete the installation first time, including liaison with subcontractors for completion of structural works outside of our scope
  • Accurately process and administrate collection of goods in relation to customer returns
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding product lead times and availability along with delivery timescales and manage customer expectations of the delivery process
  • Manage customer enquiries efficiently and take appropriate action to close the enquiry in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for customer relationships and support, acting as a channel for communication for all areas of the business with focus on sales operations team, field sales team and installation engineers
  • Remain up to date with product knowledge

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:


  • Computer literate and able to work on all Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience in a Planning and Logistics environment desirable
  • An effective communicator used to dealing with internal teams as well as external customers
  • Attention to detail and the ability to organise work load
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Ability to prioritise work and adhere to deadlines
