Warehouse Operative
At Absolute Performance (AP) we design, create and install bespoke gym facilities that feature our world-class strength equipment. Working with clients every step of the way, our sales process sees ideas come together and training spaces transform. We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our highly motivated and hard-working team.
You'll be working both independently and as part of a team, managing a busy warehouse environment and handling heavyweights.
Good organisational skills are a necessity, as well as a flexible and proactive attitude to take on a variety of tasks as the company continues to grow.
Our values and your responsibilities:

Look up, look around, respond
- Operate and preventatively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment;
Own your own performance
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation;
Push through the wall
- Prepare and complete orders for online sales deliveries and customer installations (assembling pallets and small packages);

Keep focus
- Manage the goods in/out process;

Aim higher
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
Sweat the small stuff
- Experience with stock taking and managing stock accurately.
Work together, win together
- You may be required from time to time to attend customer sites and help the install team.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
